Pressure & soft wash
Power Washing.
Years of grime, algae, and oxidation come off in an afternoon — with the pressure and chemistry matched to each surface, so the finish underneath is protected while the dirt is not.
How we do it.
There is no single "power wash." Vinyl siding gets a low-pressure soft wash with a detergent that kills algae at the root, so it stays gone instead of growing back in a month. Concrete gets surface-cleaner passes at high pressure for an even, stripe-free finish. Wood gets treated gently enough to clean without furring the grain.
We walk the property first, mark what we're washing and what we're protecting — plants, fixtures, anything fragile — and pre-wet and cover accordingly. When we're done, you walk it with us before we call it finished.
